We produced an engaging video that highlights the positive impact of integrating refugees into the workplace.
OUR GOAL WAS TO CREATE A PROFESSIONAL VIDEO THAT APPEALS TO THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF VIEWERS.
We wanted to recognize IEC-BC’s mentors for their commitment to improving employment opportunities for skilled immigrants. The video showcases the stories of refugees who are currently looking for work in the Canadian market. It utilizes a combination of live action interviews, video B-roll, and photography B-roll to illustrate the narrative.
IEC-BC PROVIDES BC EMPLOYERS WITH TOOLS THAT THEY NEED TO ATTRACT, HIRE, AND RETAIN QUALIFIED IMMIGRANT TALENT.
The not-for-profit organization believes that the successful integration of skilled newcomers into our labour force is critical to both their success and the province’s long-term economic performance.
