The problem: Ecoraster communicated that although they were getting a high volume of leads, these leads were a “waste of time”. They also felt that there were issues with branding and the efficiency of specific platforms. The solution: The first step was to examine Ecoraster and reverse engineer their success stories. For instance, we used a SMART goal for revenue and calculated the amount of quality leads required to meet this goal.
