Concord Pacific W1 Marketing Campaign

The graphic design team at Ballistic Arts came together to create a high-end marketing campaign for Concord Pacific’s prestigious condo development in Marpole.

OUR GRAPHIC DESIGN SPECIALISTS PRODUCED AN ELEGANT AND BEAUTIFUL 88-PAGE LUXURY BROCHURE.

It ended up being the largest brochure we ever worked on. The stunning graphics and layouts combined with the custom paper stock, foil, and embossing created an exciting final product. Its pages are filled with stunning inspiration lifestyle photography and beautifully written copy.

OUR GOAL WAS TO CREATE A VERSATILE BRAND THAT LOOKED CLASSY, UNIQUE, AND TRENDY.

W1’s hoarding draws attention from the high visibility intersection of Marine and Cambie, and creates awareness of the project while leveraging the Concord Pacific brand. Gold accents and line work was taken from our logo and used throughout our marketing collateral.

WE USED CLEAN TYPOGRAPHY, AMPLE WHITESPACE, AND AN ILLUSTRATED AERIAL SHOT OF THE CAMBIE & MARINE HUB TO PRODUCE ELEGANT AND ONE-OF-A-KIND PRINT ADS.

Because Concord Pacific’s target demographic primarily speaks English and Chinese, we created two versions of the ad.

CONCORD PACIFIC ORIGINALLY FORMED IN VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA IN 1987.

Their first major project was to convert the former Expo ‘86 site into a large condo development project. After twenty-nine years of success in the property development industry, the company is now Canada’s largest community developer.
