Concord Pacific Avenue One Branding
The Ballistic Arts graphic design team produced a high-end marketing campaign for Concord Pacific’s new prestigious development in South East False Creek.
AVENUE ONE’S BAG, BOX, FLOORPLAN BOOKLET, AND SIGNAGE INCORPORATES A UNIQUE CIRCULAR PATTERN THAT MIMICS THE RIPPLING WATERS OF FALSE CREEK AND THE STYLISTIC “O” IN OUR CUSTOM WORD MARK.
Our colourful treatment utilizes a blend of green and blue to represent the building’s incredibly rare park and waterfront property. Clean typography, gold foil logos, spot gloss, and embossed patterns create a classy and luxurious look.
CONCORD PACIFIC WAS ORIGINALLY FORMED IN VANCOUVER IN 1987.
Their first major project was to convert the former Expo ‘86 site into a large condo development project. After thirty years of success in the property development industry, the company is now one of Canada’s leading developers.
