Award Winning Belmont High Street Development Residential Real Estate Project

The Ballistic Arts team came together to work on the branding and website for the Belmont Residences, a real estate project by Ledcor Property Development. Our goal was to create a brand that highlighted the magical and unique setting of Belmont Residences in versatile Langford, BC, while also showcasing the homes at Belmont Residences as high end with luxury designs and amenities.

We created a stunning brochure for Belmont Residences for prospective buyers to flip through and easily understand the themes of Belmont Residences: accessibility, nature, versatility, and family. With Belmont Residences being built on the cusp of beautiful Vancouver Island trails like the Galloping Goose Trail while also finding itself right next door to the new Belmont Market, it’s clear that residents will have a rich and comfortable lifestyle. We conveyed this message through flowing, informational text laced through nature and lifestyle images, as well as the beautiful renderings of the Belmont Residences exteriors.

Belmont Residences also required a website for potential buyers to easily navigate through to find all the information they need. The site follows the same recognizable branding we used in Belmont’s print media and other advertising, and includes floorplans, renderings, a map of the Belmont Residences neighbourhood, and an easy-to-locate registration page.
