Account Executive

We started in 2002 as a creative agency, but the digital landscape has changed since then. Before it was difficult to be 100% certain of the results that creative work produced. However, today’s modern marketer has a plethora of tools at their disposal to tell them exactly how effective their work is.

We decided to use our creative experience with the best digital marketing practices, and focus on producing data driven results for our clients. We win when our clients win. To build upon the work we have done so far, we are looking for an Account Executive to help us achieve our growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage, qualify, and close inbound leads, transforming inquiries into opportunities through engaging conversations.
  • Proactively seek out new business prospects through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
  • Harness your expertise in lead generation digital marketing services to educate and advise clients on optimal solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs, identifying and suggesting products and services to meet those needs.
  • Cultivate existing accounts, fostering long-term relationships and uncovering avenues for expansion.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and beyond, ensuring seamless client experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, quotes, proposals, and project plans tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain accurate records in CRM, ensuring exceptional CRM and pipeline hygiene.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement, product improvements, and new product offerings.

Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business value.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, design and branding, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of success in a closing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with a tenacious drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, enabling effective multitasking and time management.
  • Passion for learning and being at the forefront of industry developments, coupled with a fearless attitude to push forward.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000/year + OTE $120,000 (uncapped)

  • Remote flexible in Pacific Time zone
