Our goal was to demonstrate the first-class False Creek lifestyle, with a focus on convenience and everyday adventure within the neighbourhood.

Bastion Developments has worked on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects in Western Canada for over thirty years.

One of their most recent projects, the Proximity high-rise, will mark a new development in a very historic neighbourhood. The skyscraper is located in the False Creek South Waterfront Community, and required project branding, web, video, interactive and print support.
