Our web design and graphics teams worked together on the entire creative brand for real estate company Kingdom Development’s new condo and townhome residence, Township Commons. We created a brand that would appeal to different key markets and a website that was accessible and informative.
Our design team at Ballistic Arts developed a creative brand for real estate developer Township Commons for their Langley project. We used it to create print media in the form of brochures, stationery, advertising, and an interactive presentation centre. Our video team created motion design clips using the same branding, as well as a short video showing the social benefits of the Township Commons neighbourhood.
Our goal was to create branding for real estate that appealed to both a young, modern audience as well as a downsizer market. Township Commons needs to stand out in the busy Langley real estate market, and we accomplished this by giving them a clean, friendly look that defines the project’s local accessibility and sense of community.
We created a teaser site for before launch, and a full website design for after the grand opening of real estate creative project Township Commons in mid-late February. On the website, we included interactive floorplans and a straightforward registration form. We followed the same light-hearted branding and added a neighbourhood map for potential buyers to view the local amenities.
