Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across various platforms to drive online engagement for our portfolio of clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced agency environment where creativity and strategic thinking are highly valued. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Strategists and Operations to deliver content that aligns with broader campaign goals and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Social Media Management
- Write and produce high-quality content across blogs, landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns, social media posts and ad copy, adapted to each client’s tone, voice and positioning
- Design visually appealing graphics and images to support content
- Own organic social media calendars across multiple client accounts
- Plan, ideate and develop monthly content aligned to client goals and campaigns
- Create and schedule posts across platforms
- Manage content delivery across multiple clients and deadlines
Strategy, SEO & Performance
- Align content with marketing strategy, campaign goals and funnel stages
- Apply SEO best practices (keywords, structure, search intent)
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and brand voice
- Review performance and identify opportunities to improve content outcomes
Skills and Experience
- Strong writing and editing skills across multiple content types
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing fundamentals
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma, etc.)
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000-$75,000/year
